The tube module completes the system, making it versatile and dynamic: it automatically switches from flat processing to tubular processing using the same EVO 3 cutting head which, when equipped, provides the possibility of bevel cutting on the tube section. The base structure consists of the PLUS system and the EVO 3 cutting head can handle up to 60 kW of laser power. It ensures efficiency and reliability in the most demanding operations while maintaining a high quality standard. CONFIGURATOR The EVO3 cutting head comes equipped with a capacitive sensor. The PLUS TUBE system uses the EVO 3 autofocus cutting head, which, entirely designed by our R&D department and manufactured with extremely high-precision mechanics by Cutlite Penta, is also equipped with contact sensing and temperature sensing. The head studied by Cutlite Penta allows these operations to be performed without compromising the classic plane cut. The head, innovative in its mechanics, has optimized dimensions, is lightweight and allows rotation of +/- 50° in both cutting directions. Fiber laser sources provide great versatility and allow cutting multiple types of metals. Designed as a single system, it can be coupled with a wide choice of optical fiber diameters. High efficiency, excellent beam quality, and low electrical absorption are the distinctive characteristics. The power source is contained in a conditioned and sealed NEMA 12 cabinet so it can operate even in harsh environments. The high reliability of these power sources guarantees very low maintenance costs. The PLUS TUBE system can be equipped with the tube loading/unloading system. The PLUS TUBE system can be equipped with an inline or 90° sheet loading/unloading system and with the addition of automatic storage magazines. It is a positioning camera that allows remote control and visualization of the machine's work. The multi-level conveyor can perform the exchange of the workbench in about 15 seconds, almost completely masking loading and unloading times.
