The movement quality is guaranteed by the best linear motors available on the market which, together with the fiber laser source, allow obtaining high dimensional accuracies in cutting both carbon steel and stainless steel. These characteristics, combined with the simplicity and stability of the optical path, converge towards highly optimized, repeatable and reliable results. The fluidodynamics of the cutting head designed and built by Cutlite Penta allows high-pressure cuts while consuming less nitrogen than the competition. This translates into a significant economic saving in production. All this makes the LME laser system one of the most efficient and reliable available on the market. CONFIGURATOR The EVO3 cutting head comes with a capacitive sensor. The FIBER LME system uses the EVO 3 autofocus cutting head, fully designed by our research and development department and manufactured with extremely high-precision mechanics by Cutlite Penta, and is also equipped with touch sensing and temperature sensing. Fiber laser sources provide great versatility and allow cutting multiple types of metals. Designed as a single system, it can be coupled with a wide choice of optical fiber diameters. High efficiency, excellent beam quality, and low electrical absorption are the distinctive characteristics. The power source is contained in a conditioned and sealed NEMA 12 cabinet so it can operate even in harsh environments. The high reliability of these power sources guarantees very low maintenance costs. The base is an electro-welded steel structure, thermally stabilized, which is subsequently machined to receive the high-precision guides and the linear motors. The Gantry structure consists of aluminum alloy cast benches to which the steel beam, lightweight and rigid, is anchored, in order to compensate for thermal expansions without deforming. This configuration enables dynamically notable performance. Cutlite Penta is capable of internally manufacturing inline or 90° loading and unloading systems paired with vertical storage magazines that communicate directly with our laser systems. The automatic nozzle changer is an option that allows the machine to automatically replace the cutting head nozzle without operator assistance. It is a positioning camera that allows remote control and visualization of the machine's work. The multi-level conveyor can perform the exchange of the workbench in about 15 seconds, almost completely masking loading and unloading times.
