Linear motors allow it to quickly reach the less convenient angles of the workpiece. In this way the piece remains fixed and the accuracy of the machining is guaranteed. The machine is controlled by a user-friendly control and self-learning software that allows you to enter the job data on an 8-inch portable tablet. The control cab is designed for easier access; the machine is extremely compact with all utilities on board. Electrical panels, laser, and chiller are on the machine. This allows for very short installation times and a small footprint in terms of floor layout. CONFIGURATOR The laser machine has a 5-axis head that allows performing deburring and Bevel cutting on profiles, completing the production process. The rotative axis motors (B, C) are wired and absolute; there are no more gears transmitting motion, but the transmission is direct, thus with higher precision and no longer requires tooling, ensuring excellent dynamics. Fiber laser sources provide great versatility and allow cutting multiple types of metals. Designed as a single system, it can be coupled with a wide choice of optical fiber diameters. High efficiency, excellent beam quality, and low electrical absorption are the distinctive characteristics. The power source is contained in a conditioned and sealed NEMA 12 cabinet so it can operate even in harsh environments. The high reliability of these power sources guarantees very low maintenance costs. The base is an electro-welded steel structure, thermally stabilized, which is subsequently machined to receive the high-precision guides and the linear motors. The Gantry structure consists of aluminum alloy cast benches to which the steel beam, lightweight and rigid, is anchored, in order to compensate for thermal expansions without deforming. This configuration enables dynamically notable performance. Cutlite Penta is capable of internally manufacturing inline or 90° loading and unloading systems paired with vertical storage magazines that communicate directly with our laser systems. It is a positioning camera that allows remote control and visualization of the machine's work. Allows optimization of processing times, reducing loading and unloading times of the sheet.
