Power up to 15kW Maximum plate width 300mm Tube F is the fruit of CUTLITE PENTA's laser evolution to meet the specific cutting needs of metallic flat profiles increasingly demanded by the market. Thanks to a high-tech laser system, the machine allows performing in a single cycle the different operations to obtain a finished part, replacing the need for different machines. Tube F enables working metal flat profiles with width from 40mm to 300mm and minimum thickness of 8mm with maximum precision. The distinctive cutting quality of CUTLITE PENTA technology and the speed of laser processing offer unique performance to optimize business operations. The specialization in cutting flat profiles makes the machine ideal for sectors that require linear element processing, such as metal carpentry, shipbuilding, automotive, and the railway sector. CONFIGURATOR The TUBE line systems utilize a single cutting head, the result of the ingenuity of our research and development department. The extreme flexibility of the TUBE CUTLITE PENTA head specifically applied to flat profiles allows for special applications and prototypes to be produced in shortened times with absolute precision. Thanks to the compact design and the optical device housed in a NEMA 12 sealed cabinet, the cutting head offers long-term durability and complete reliability in the processing. The Tube F fiber laser source offers high versatility and allows working a wide range of metals with maximum precision. It can also be configured with different fiber diameters and makes it easy to change the cutting geometry. Energy efficiency, excellent beam quality and processing speed help reduce operating times and costs. Each source is housed in a NEMA 12 cabinet, sealed and climate-controlled, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging or dusty industrial environments. The high reliability of these sources guarantees very low maintenance costs. Tube F allows working with flat profiles in mild steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, brass and copper. The machine handles different types of assist gas for cutting: oxygen for iron and mild steel, nitrogen for stainless steel. The CNC handles all operations from bar loading to finished part unloading, with the ability to work bars up to 50 kg/m in weight and load lengths from 6000 mm to 8000 mm. It is a positioning camera that allows remote control and visualization of the machine's work. Reveal the tube position and straighten the cutting path. Electro spindle with automatic tool changer device at 10 stations, for drilling with flow drilling and tapping up to M12.
