The TUBE system is an automatic processing plant that allows you to obtain a particular finish, complete with all the required cutting operations, in a single processing cycle. This approach represents a technological and productive leap compared to traditional methods, which require more steps on different machine tools to subsequently perform the requested operations of cutting, deburring, drilling, tapping, mortising, and numerically controlled special treatments. All of this is achieved with the speed, quality, precision, flexibility, and reliability of laser technology. The system allows automatic processing of tubes with round, square, rectangular sections and open profiles. CONFIGURATOR The TUBE systems feature a unique cutting head, the result of the ingenuity of our research and development department. The essential design, optimized to minimize maintenance, stands out for its fully sealed optical assembly, guaranteeing long-term durability. The compact and modular configuration of the Tube head is distinguished by the simplicity of the consumables. The fiber laser sources offer great versatility and allow cutting multiple types of metals. Developed as a single system, it can be coupled with a wide range of optical fiber diameters. High efficiency, excellent beam quality, and low electrical absorption are the distinctive features. The source is housed in a conditioned and sealed NEMA 12 cabinet, allowing operation even in harsh environments. The high reliability of these sources ensures very low maintenance costs. Allows to detect the position of the weld bead (both outer and inner) before the bar is loaded into the machine, in a time fully masked by the processing of the previous bar. It is a positioning camera that allows remote control and visualization of the machine's work. Reveal the tube position and straighten the cutting path.
