The extreme precision of the laser guarantees excellent cutting in short times with no waste or burrs. The Tube E technology allows working with tubes of circular, square, rectangular sections and open profiles (sections from 20 mm to 220 mm) with the distinctive laser quality. Thanks to this laser system, every company can obtain a finished part in a short time in a single machining cycle, maximizing process efficiency. CONFIGURATOR The TUBE line systems use a single cutting head, the result of the ingenuity of our research and development department. The essential design, which minimizes required maintenance, and a fully sealed optical apparatus ensure perfect usability and greater durability over time. The Tube head also stands out for the simplicity of the consumables, with a compact and modular configuration. The Tube E fiber laser source offers high versatility and allows working a wide range of metals with maximum precision. It can also be configured with different fiber diameters and makes it easy to change the cutting geometry. Energy efficiency, excellent beam quality and processing speed help reduce operating times and costs. Each source is housed in a NEMA 12 cabinet, sealed and climate-controlled, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging or dusty industrial environments. The high reliability of these sources guarantees very low maintenance costs. The machine is able to cut with precision steel tubes and profiles, including mild steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper, and brass. Depending on the material, you can select the most suitable assist gas to optimize the cut: for example, oxygen for carbon steel and iron, nitrogen for stainless steel. CNC (Computer Numerical Control) automates every stage of the process, from the initial loading of the bars to the unloading of the finished parts. The reliability of the installed laser sources translates into minimal maintenance and efficient management of processing costs.
