The XME product, by pairing brushless motors and rack-and-pinion transmission to a solid and reliable structure and to the same cutting head as its older sisters belonging to the Cutlite Penta family, is representative of a technical reality and at the same time concrete like ours. The peculiar characteristics of the XME laser system together make it the most efficient and reliable available in its market segment. CONFIGURATOR The EVO3 cutting head comes equipped with a capacitive sensor. The XME system uses the EVO 3 autofocus cutting head which, entirely designed by our research and development department and manufactured with extremely high-precision mechanics by Cutlite Penta, is also equipped with contact sensing and temperature sensing. Starting from the development of the EVO series, the control that Cutlite Penta exercises on its cutting head, from the design phase to its realization, has seen it establish itself on the market as a synonym of performance, reliability and versatility, arousing the interest of the main manufacturers of fiber laser sources, with whom over time it has built a synergistic relationship that guarantees agility and variety for its market offer. The base structure is made of welded steel, strong and durable, while the Gantry mechanism consists of a light and rigid steel beam designed to compensate for thermal expansion without deforming. This configuration, combined with the proprietary Cutlite Penta numerical control, enables the brushless motor system with pinion and rack drive to achieve dynamically noteworthy performance. Cutlite Penta is capable of internally manufacturing inline or 90° loading and unloading systems paired with vertical storage magazines that communicate directly with our laser systems. The automatic nozzle changer is an option that allows the machine to automatically replace the cutting head nozzle without operator assistance. It is a positioning camera that allows remote control and visualization of the machine's work. The multi-level conveyor can perform the exchange of the workbench in about 15 seconds, almost completely masking loading and unloading times. This option allows optimization of processing times, reducing loading and unloading times of the sheet. The various automation options allow optimization of work phases, significantly reducing loading and unloading times.
