The PLUS Bevel system from Cutlite Penta is the first solution for beveled cutting that combines ultra-high-power laser cutting with impeccable quality even in complex processing. The linear motors offer maximum reliability and the movement of the axes, smooth and uninterrupted, guarantees continuity and consistency of the cutting process. CONFIGURATOR The cutting head, designed by Cutlite Penta, makes it possible to perform every operation while maintaining the advantages of traditional flat cutting. Innovative in its mechanics, the head has extremely compact dimensions, is lightweight and allows the same bases of flat machines to be used, preserving the high performance offered by the laser system. It also allows rotation of +/- 50° in both cutting directions. The fiber laser sources offer exceptional versatility and allow working a wide range of metals. The high efficiency, a beam of excellent quality, and low energy consumption are the characteristic features of these sources. Contained in a conditioned and sealed NEMA 12 cabinet, the sources allow optimal operation even in harsh environments, ensuring reliability and safety. The efficiency in processing is thus combined with the advantage of reduced maintenance costs. The base is an electroslag-welded steel structure, thermally stabilized and subsequently machined to receive the high-precision guides and linear motors. The Gantry structure is particularly light and resistant, consisting of aluminum alloy cast iron benches to which the steel beam is anchored. The carriage architecture is driven by linear motors with absolute inductive encoders. Suitable to host the motors for the B and C axes, it provides a smooth movement and a Bevel application up to +/-50° offering exceptional dynamic performance: Availability of inline or 90° loading and unloading systems paired with vertical storage warehouses interconnected with laser systems and made entirely in Cutlite Penta. The automatic nozzle changer is an option that allows the machine to automatically replace the cutting head nozzle without operator assistance. It is a positioning camera that allows remote control and visualization of the machine's work. The two-level workbench change allows in about 15 seconds the replacement of the workbench, almost completely masking loading and unloading times. The Fiber Plus system is the fastest currently available on the market. This option allows optimization of processing times, reducing loading and unloading times of the sheet.
