The ALPMAC SERIES A synchronised press brake is a high-quality machine designed to ensure excellent performance and reliability. With Y1, Y2, X + (manual R) axis configuration, it offers precise control and operational flexibility, up to a maximum of 4 axes. Made with certified raw materials, the steel structure guarantees resistance to bending and minimal distortions. Equipped with hydraulic cylinders and forged steel pistons, it offers great robustness and long service life. The hydraulic pump of Italian production guarantees efficiency and quiet operation, while energy consumption is reduced thanks to green power technology. The control is entrusted to a CNC ESA625, with ESA630/640 or Cybtouch 8/12 options, and includes photoelectric sensors with safety PLC. The bending press is suitable for a working width of up to 4100 mm and is capable of developing a force of 40-320 tons. The available stroke ranges from 160 to 210 mm, while the daylight extends from 375 to 425 mm. It includes lever Promecam-type tool supports and a 60 mm die channel, making it versatile for various bending applications.
