Alpmac Modello V

The Alpmac Model V shears is a new high-precision machine designed to facilitate the metal cutting process. It is equipped with an Elgo P40 Touch CNC controller or Cybelec Touch 6, with a movable swivel arm for greater convenience during use. The table is equipped with roller bearings to facilitate sheet feeding, reducing the risk of scratches on the worked surfaces. This shear features a one-piece steel frame, built with modern manufacturing methods, which provides robustness and structural stability. The motorized back gauge offers automatic control, with a range of 1000 mm, and uses a ball-screw guide system. The programmable CNC functions of the gauge allow retraction and oscillation for handling longer and more complex sheets. The hydraulic retention system keeps the sheets stable during cutting, while the adjustable lower blade holder ensures high precision and long blade life. The front, rear, and side guards, together with the CE Class 4 compliant windscreen, ensure operator safety. The equipment includes an oil tank level indicator and a cutting line illumination system, powered by an electric panel for 400V AC 3-phase 50Hz.
